Come along for a seaside stroll under the trees of Storer Park and the historic Point Neighborhood.
In an area of Newport creatively planted with many interesting trees, Newport Tree Conservancy will be looking at a variety of beautiful plants of note. We’ll discuss the challenges of planting the urban forest, fast growing evergreens and underused cultivated varieties, and marvel at the beauty of trees planted by previous generations. Please dress appropriately for walking. Water is highly recommended.
